A new episode of the online television series Fashion Week Internationale will premiere next week giving Caribbean Fashion Week a little exposure to worldwide audiences. The series premise is based on host Charlet Duboc’s investigation into fashion shows existing on the fringe of the more popularized New York, London and Paris week shows.

The documentary series is part of the larger VICE magazine online television brand, the New York based Canadian culture magazine that’s been documenting the most ironic of worldly fashions in their “Do’s and Dont’s” pages since their inception in 1994. In recent years the magazine has expanded to online television and last year developed Fashion Week Internationale investigating the world’s less travelled catwalks.

The fashion documentary series will be airing its visit to Kingston Monday, October 1st on Vice.com showing presenter Charlet Duboc as she discusses Caribbean couture, dancehall’s impact on the world’s fashion, skin-bleaching and other discoveries into Jamaican culture.
